MEDITATION

Welcome. The first thing you will need is a safe space to relax while laying down on your back. I recommend your favorite wrap to snuggle up in, and a pair of socks to keep your feet nice and cozy. It is best to turn off all lights and electrical devices except your phone while doing a phone meditation session. A candle or low night light is preferable. You can experience this meditation any time of the day, anywhere, as long as YOU are feeling relaxed and safe.
